The PhD program is fully integrated with The GLI in the Department of Management, College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The Gallup Organization is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, and is considered one of the leading research and consulting groups in the world focused on leadership and its development. The program is fully funded.

The MBA/MA in executive leadership program is different from the traditional programs that most of today’s leaders are familiar with. Our program seeks to accelerate organic growth by building a strong core inside an organization’s leadership. The program builds this capacity through an individualized learning approach that complements leaders’ talents, strengths, and goals, real-world projects tailored to their business objectives, and personal executive coaching that continues for three years after graduation.
