The Masters in Business with Emphasis in Leadership has been in existence for a number of years, admitting one or two students per year. Currently, our intent is to expand the number of students admitted to this program up to ten. This program will be used in part as a stepping stone for a select percentage of admitted students to continue for PhD.

To develop participants who either want to pursue a PhD or who are interested in engaging in a program that would best prepare them in terms of a background in the science and practice of leadership for assuming positions in organizations in the practice community.
